These are so beautiful. Not sure about the ergonomics, but I love them.
A dachshund and an eel have absolutely nothing in common (aside from their body shapes) and won’t ever meet IRL, but somehow they make a good pair.
These are all the rage right now. They make ladling out soup feel more special than just out of a pot. This duck is a nice alternative - or this conch.
This would be beautiful with one big single flower.
I could dedicate a whole post, if not an entire book, to toast racks. I collect both ceramic and silver toast racks. Any meal (especially soup) is vastly improved by a slice of sourdough, and a toast rack is more fun than a bread basket. A couple of cute alternatives here, here, and here.
Salt is arguably the most important ingredient in the kitchen, and a salt pig is a great way to make it a beautiful and functional centerpiece. Here’s another option!
It’s a universal truth that Chinese soup spoons are superior to Western soup spoons. They’re deeper, have a larger surface area, and don’t burn your mouth if they get too hot. This antique set is imperfect but beautiful.
I’ve always wanted one of these!!!
This type of ladle has a cup at the end - technically it’s meant for drinks, but I think it makes a great soup ladle.
These are great for keeping things warm at the table. All you need is a little tealight. Alternative round version here.
A girl can dream! Anything Ginori is beautiful but the hand-painted colourful Oriente plates are heavenly.
