is a writer and vintage seller dedicated to embodying the sun-drenched ease of an elle magazine editorial from 1985. she writes a weekly newsletter, really good vintage, where she curates chic, affordable vintage from around the web. she also recently signed a lease for a brick-and-mortar store and is psyched to bring her newsletter concept to life! follow along as she sets up shop here.
i’ve newly become obsessed with tea length pieces and have talked about it ad nauseam on my newsletter. this gal is the perfect crispness with the ideal drop waist. needs to be paired with a black tube top, black strappy sandals, and the aegean sea.
the deep, deep well of sadness i am currently typing from because this dress doesn’t fit me… some cool ass bride needs to buy this and wear it and love it forever and also send me pics when you do.
i’m just sharing all of my favorite vintage details with you because this style of front-wrap pant is a favorite. so much of what i love and look for is really ~elevated~ vintage that’s reminiscent of the row, khaite, rosetta getty - all of the brands i will never afford - but with a reasonable price tag. these are $149 and then i got a discount for $118. a squeal of a deal!
big, blouse-y arms and loose, tent-y shape? hello summer mvp. this kind of shape is inherently flirty to me, like i’d wear some gladiator sandals with this and bop around all evening. summer and flirtiness are synonymous to me so this is just it.
forever stockpiling these because they make excellent friend (and self) gifts. nobody can say no to a sweet-n-petite pair of hoops.
i’ve shied away from jersey for the longest time as in its cheapest form it’s a staple of forever 21 & reformation goods. but i’m back into it! i want something soft and comfy against my skin and the cute button-front design and criss-cross back doesn’t hurt one bit. would live in this all summer.
it was the popsicle stick lamp heard round the world. first saw this style in kirsten dunst’s viral architectural digest spread and now have multiple ebay alerts for them. i already own one! but i don’t care! i want more! next on my list in becoming kirsten is the french ship lamp…
this is a favorite brand to search because all of their stuff is vibe-y and weird and modern and some of the bowls of the serving spoons are flowers and some are pears. delightful!
something about this feels like maybe if i owned this i would have my life together.
ha a needlepoint after my own heart! i cook often but i wouldn’t say i’m particularly good or that i particularly love it. finally, someone from 1973 saying what my heart has always yearned to say.
